A well groomed individual with a vast amount of experience within all aspects of the hospitality industry. In conjunction with the Company Directors drew up annual budgets, instituted and monitored this budget on a monthly basis. Analyzed Profit and Loss statements for variances in accounts and prepared the business report. Hired and trained all staff, provided guidence and ensured that the highest of standards were maintained at all times.

Further to the above he has received many awards for outstanding performance within the hotel industry, including General Manager of the Year 1997 and The Chairmans Award (Dr Bill Gallagher) for outstanding service to the South African Chefs Association.
Many of the functions and banquets he has organised or been associated with have included preparing meals for various national sports stars the likes of Alan Donald, politicians and businessman, including the former President Mr Nelson Mandela as well as former President Mr F W de Klerk. These dinners also included State hosted affairs at the Israely Emabssy in South Africa.
He has spent many hours doing charity and upliftment within his local community. He has appeared in Local and National newspaper media representing both Industry and Charities, guest appeared on Radio talk shows several times, with regards Industry related topics.

Tania’s experience within industry stetches from receptioist through to Baqueting and Events Manager and includes Timeshare Management. Many of the functions and banquets he has organised or been associated with have included preparing meals for various national sports stars the likes of Alan Donald, politicians and businessman, including the former President Mr Nelson Mandela as well as former President Mr F W de Klerk. Amonst the many weddings and other functions falling under her watchful eye were the ‘Free State Opening of Parlement’ and the prestigious ‘Bloemfonteiner of the Year’ dinners.
